Who We Serve

At Redwood Family Care Network, we support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, behavioral health needs, and other related conditions.

Services Near Me

While every person’s journey is unique, our approach remains the same: we focus on the individual, not the diagnosis. Through person-centered services and meaningful partnerships, we help people build skills, strengthen connections, and live fulfilling lives in their homes and communities.

Understanding the Individuals We Serve

Intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) encompass a broad range of conditions that can affect how a person learns, communicates, moves, processes information, or navigates daily life. Some conditions are present from birth or develop during childhood, while others, such as traumatic brain injuries, may occur later in life.

Many individuals experience multiple diagnoses or support needs at the same time, and no two people are exactly alike. That's why we believe support should never be one-size-fits-all. Every individual brings their own strengths, goals, preferences, and experiences, and those qualities should guide the services they receive.

At Redwood, we recognize the whole person and work alongside individuals, families, caregivers, and referral partners to create opportunities for growth, independence, and community connection.

How Redwood Supports the People We Serve

Support starts with the individual, not the diagnosis.

Using a Person-Centered Thinking approach, we build services around each person's goals, preferences, strengths, and support needs. We partner closely with individuals and their circle of support to develop plans that promote independence, self-determination, inclusion, and quality of life.

Depending on location and individual needs, services may include residential and home support, day and community programs, employment and vocational services, behavioral health support, crisis intervention, community integration, and specialized programs. Delivered by compassionate and highly trained teams, our supports are designed to help individuals thrive at every stage of life.
