As a proud member of the Redwood Family Care Network, Citizen Access Residential Resources (CARR) helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live with greater independence, choice, and community connection. Through individualized Supported Living services, CARR partners with individuals to create opportunities for growth, self-determination, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Since 2002, Citizen Access Residential Resources (CARR) has been providing person-centered Supported Living services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Washington.
Founded on the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to live, work, and participate fully in their community, CARR has spent more than 20 years helping individuals build independent lives while receiving the supports they need to achieve their personal goals.
In 2023, CARR became part of The SAILS Group and the Redwood Family Care Network, expanding access to resources, expertise, and collaborative support while continuing the individualized approach that individuals, families, and referral partners have trusted for decades.
Today, CARR remains committed to helping individuals live where they choose, make decisions about their own lives, and pursue greater independence within their communities.
