SAILS stands for Supported And Independent Living Services, reflecting our commitment to helping individuals live as independently and successfully as possible. The SAILS Group established SAILS Washington after acquiring the Special Care Agency in 2017. Originally founded in 2006 as a Home Care Agency, Special Care Agency built a reputation for providing compassionate, individualized support to people in their homes and communities.
Today, SAILS Washington combines decades of experience with a person-centered philosophy that empowers individuals to live, work, and participate fully in their communities.
