Meaningful work looks different for everyone. At Redwood Family Care Network, our Vocational and Employment Services are designed to help individuals explore career interests, develop workplace skills, gain confidence, and pursue employment opportunities that align with their goals and abilities.
Using a person-centered approach, we partner with each individual to identify strengths, interests, and aspirations while providing the support needed to build independence and achieve meaningful employment outcomes. Whether someone is entering the workforce for the first time, exploring volunteer opportunities, or seeking long-term employment support, our team is here every step of the way.

Services may include career exploration, job development, job coaching, workplace readiness training, and ongoing employment support.
Eligibility varies by state, funding source, and program requirements. In general, vocational and employment services are available to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other support needs who are interested in pursuing employment, developing job skills, or increasing their independence through work and community participation.
