Les Parker
Les Parker joins Redwood Family Care Network as Vice President of IDD Community Living, bringing 28 years of progressive leadership experience across the IDD and Community Living field. Having served in nearly every role—from DSP and Case Manager to Regional Director and Vice President—Les has led programs in Texas, Washington, Nevada, and California. His expertise spans HCBS, ICF, and specialized residential services, with a strong record of zero-deficiency surveys, program growth, and high satisfaction among individuals served and staff. A seasoned operator and advocate, Les has consistently exceeded financial targets while enhancing service quality through innovative strategies and people-centered leadership.
As a thought leader, Les has contributed to statewide workgroups and legislative advocacy efforts to strengthen IDD services and elevate the DSP profession. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and is a decorated U.S. Army veteran. Les is dedicated to building high-performing teams and advancing a culture of compassion and excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth sports and spending time outdoors with his family.
