Jessica Chaparro

Jessica Chaparro is a leader in crisis intervention services with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and communities through complex and diverse settings across California and Fiji. Jessica’s career began in a sub-acute hospital supporting individuals with an array of diagnoses, serving with passion and client dignity in mind. As a Regional Director, she oversees the strategic direction and operational management of crisis response programs across CBEM’s Northwest region.

With a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from Pepperdine University, Jessica combines clinical insight with systems-level thinking to lead multidisciplinary teams, develop community-based partnerships, and implement evidence-based practices that prioritize safety, dignity, and recovery. She is recognized for fostering a culture of resilience and accountability within organizations she has served.

Beyond professional responsibilities, Jessica spends her time experimenting with new recipes and baking techniques, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.
