Christopher Trevilla

Christopher L.Trevilla is the Director of Compliance and Training. Christopher has brought his creative vision, pragmatism, knowledge, and unshakable optimism to bear in his professional career in developmental services, which has spanned over 20 years. From a direct support professional in residential, day camp, and day service settings, to case management for employment services, a disability rights navigator, as a service coordinator as part of the California Regional Center system, a behavior management day program manager, to District Manager for Los Angeles and Orange County Residential operations, Chris has held a variety of roles and responsibilities in his career in the service of children, families, adults, and seniors living with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Across his career he has worked passionately to improve the quality of life for the hundreds of individuals and families he has had the privilege to serve. Christopher believes that the power of positive relationships make genuine growth and success possible, a formula that has served him well in his many roles, and a formula he plans to bring to bear as the new Director of Training and Compliance for Redwood Family Care Network.

Chris is a Mexican-American organizational and cultural change agent hailing from Whittier, CA. Chris or ‘CT’ has been an active idealist, leader, and organizer across Southern California for several decades, where he has advocated arts access, educational reform, health care, and disability rights. He is a published poet and author as well as experienced multidisciplinary performance artist. An avid reader, Christopher believes knowledge is a privilege best utilized in the service of his fellow man.
